X FESTIVAL CINEMADAMARE. ITALIA

Akerbeltz ha sido seleccionado para la competición oficial del festival Cinemadamare, un festival itinerante que se desarrollará del 30 de junio hasta el 10 de septiembre en 8 regiones Italianas. La gran final sera en el Festival cine de Venecia!!!!

Akerbeltz, has been accepted for the Main Competition of the Festival CinemadaMare. Cinemadamare is an itinerant festival which will take place from June 30th until September 10th 2012, and consists in crossing 8 Italian regions in 73 days (The grand finale will unfold at the Venice Film Festival, where the participants will be able to perform their activities on the Lido).

IX FESTIVAL DE CINE DE ALICANTE. Del 2 al 9 de Junio.

El   cortometraje de animación  Akerbeltz, las Brujas y el Inquisidor ha  sido seleccionado  en la Sección Oficial de Cortometrajes  a concurso  del  IX Festival de Cine de Alicante.

La ciencia ficción será el género cinematográfico protagonista de parte de las actividades de la novena edición.

El Festival contará dos secciones oficiales a concurso: cortometrajes y largometrajes. El año pasado se recibieron alrededor de 360 cortos procedentes de España y de países como Italia, Alemania, México, Francia e, incluso Estados Unidos. Además, se recibieron 25 películas de las que fueron seleccionadas cinco para competir en la sección oficial.

Todos los trabajos seleccionados se presentaron en la gala inaugural, que tuvo lugar el sábado 2 de junio en el Auditorio Provincial de Alicante. La gala de clausura se celebrará por tercer año consecutivo en la Plaza del Ayuntamiento de Alicante el sábado 9 de Junio de 2012.

IX FESTIVAL DE CINE DE ALICANTE. From June 2nd to 9th.

Akerbeltz, the Witches and the Inquisitor has been selected in the Sort-films Official Section of the IX Cinema Festival of Alicante, Spain.

Science-fiction will have the starring role in the activities of this new edition.

The Festival will have two official sections: short-films and feature films. Last year 360 short-films were received Spain, Italy, Germany, Mexico, France and even from the US.

From the 25 feature films received, five were selected for the official section competition.

All the selected works were shown in the opening gala, that took place last saturday at the Provincial Auditorium of Alicante. The closing gala will take place at the City Hall Square of Alicante next saturday June 9th.

PREMIO AL MEJOR CORTO DE ANIMACIÓN EN SCIFIWORLD 2012

¡Buenas noticias para terminar la semana! 

Akerbeltz ha ganado el premio al mejor corto de animación en la IV edición de SCIFIWORLD 2012. 

Anoche pudimos disfrutar en los cines Golem de Madrid de una de las galas más divertidas en las que hemos estado y llevarnos un dragón negro, obra del artista Nacho Porto.

Ha sido todo un honor recibir este premio del jurado de SCIFIWORLD dada la calidad del resto de cortos a concurso.

Muchas gracias a la organización del Festival y ¡Larga vida al FANTASTICO!!!!

BEST ANIMATION SHORTFILM AWARD AT SCIFIWORLD 2012

Good news to end the week!

Akerbeltz won the award for best animation short film at the IV SCIFIWORLD 2012.

Last night we enjoyed of one of the most funny events at the Golem cinemas in Madrid and we won a black dragon, made by the artist Nacho Porto.

It was an honor to receive the prize from the jury of SCIFIWORLD due to the quality of the other short films.

We'd like to thank the festival organization.
